If ever there was a fashionable solution to a heat wave, cutouts have got to be it. Fresh, cheeky, and totally trendable (made that word up, do we like it?), cutouts provide a little built-in A/C with a heaping spoonful of sex appeal for those of us who generally tend to prefer a high neckline and a sensible three-quarter length sleeve. Jumping beyond simple summer garments and landing on accessories from shoes and sunglasses, to bags and bangles, cutouts have worked their way into the hearts of suave ladies from the runways to the streets.
