Today I will miss…Mom, Dad, Annie, Jeff (and Valeria!), Canadian Bacon, my big flannel stocking, snow falling outside, matching PJ sets, my brother’s expertly made Italian espresso, games with my cousins.

Today I will…Make blueberry pancakes, hike to an inspiring spot, take in a double feature (with double popcorn), order Chinese food, and pack for a long-awaited reunion with my (other) family.

I hope you’re Christmas Day is a magical one too,
