Passover is one of my favourite holidays – for real! Most people dread the sacrificing of their leavened carbs for 8 whole days, but I welcome the challenge and secretly really love the taste of matzah in all its dry and flavourless glory. There are countless ways to spice it up (matzah pizza being one of my faves) but I thought this sweet take on the traditional Passover staple would give it a modern twist, and make for great little gifts for my seder hosts this year.
I used this recipe for orange ginger matzah and this one for pistachio, honey & sea salt matzah (both via Martha Stewart Living)

Great recipe Ali! Such a nice little twist, that I’m sure is soo yummy. I also like chocolate toffee matzah.
Mmmm…chocolate toffee. You have to try the pistachio, it’s my fave!
