Current Obsession: Fresh & Fruity

I’ve been feeling really nostalgic lately; doing things like purchasing Dream body spray from the Gap and lying in the grass in the park at the end of my workouts and staring up at the sky like I used to when I was a kid. Maybe it’s because I’m leaving the hometown I’ve known forever, or maybe there’s just something about the summer sun that makes everyone – young and old – want to eat popsicles and run through sprinklers.

The recent renewal of fresh fruity patterns has no doubt played in to my nostalgic reminiscing of late, recalling more than an outfit or two in the 90’s featuring bright cartoonish fruits (I’m looking at you Marci Lipman), or wee citrusy prints. Whatever the motivation, I am majorly coveting some fresh, juicy pops of fruit in my life right now…
